We are a research group in the Computer Science Department at Princeton University. Our research is focused on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.
Current research interests include cancer genomics and evolution, single-cell and spatial sequencing, network analysis of disease mutations, genome rearrangements, and structural variation.
